Cultivation Projects

Centralized Cultivation Management Project (CCM Project)

What is the CCM Project?

It is an original project brought about by Grass Co; where every aspect in cultivation as: seeds, seedlings, fertilization, fighting plant diseases and irrigation is being handled, tackled and supervised empowering our cultivation processes.

StartUp:

  • Comprehensive Cultivation Program.
  • Highly qualified Cultivation Team. (HQT)
Based on our deep experience in Cultivation; our cultivation consultant started with putting down a comprehensive cultivation program where the guidelines for a project based on good agricultural and harvesting practices have been put down from sowing to harvesting.
Our assigned team is really the medium through which all aspects in our cultivation program have been applied and followed up.

HQT Role

  • Pointed out locations for our project;
  • Adjacent areas are not using pesticides.
  • Prior crops in assigned locations are not liable for using pesticides.
  • Soil analysis shows no pesticide contamination.
  • Irrigation is done through canals where water comes directly from the Nile.
  • Restrict farmers' role from interfering in the application of any of the cultivation program aspects.
  • Point out seeds.
  • Follow up the application of all cultivation aspects assigned in the cultivation program.
  • Being alert and ready for any pop ups.

  Glimpse
We have already had the intention towards enhancing and fostering our cultivation processes approaching what our provisions and products are originally meant to be. This is what we already attained.
Through applying the CCM project, Grass Co has really managed to attain products corresponding to the constant refining of international quality standards. This is in addition to lifting up our farmers' awareness and knowledge when dealing with plantations and elevating their technical performance and living standards. All of which has resulted in enhancing the sense of belonging and trust between farmers and Grass Co.
